Have you discovered that the man you love has betrayed you in the worst possible way? Are you upset and depressed to think that he could do that to do? Are you struggling with forgiving him and trying to forget about what he’s done because he’s broken your heart, but don’t know if you will be able to forget? Are you struggling to make you heart broken as well? You certainly aren’t the only woman who has been in your shoes. There are many women out there who have been in a similar situation. You should know that it isn’t the end of the road yet with this relationship. You will have to continually work to try to get it back on track. You will have to learn the healthiest way to handle the breakup and all the other types of emotions that come along with it.

To fully understand the healthiest way to deal with a broken heart, you will have to fully realize that there are different stages of breakup. He is obviously trying to get further away from you, but it seems like he is GUARANTEED. He seems to show on his tests that he’s going to when he wants out, but he’s not making his boundaries clear enough. He’s breaking your heart but he doesn’t seem to have any plans on getting back together, so what to do?

Here are the 5 stages of a breakup, and what to do each one of them.

STAGE ONE: Angry Exiting

When you’re angry and chew things out, you will want to avoid talking to him, or even going to see him. You do not want to make him jealous by leaving him out with his friends.

Here is what you can do to tackle this type of scenario.

STAGE TWO: Depression

You’re going to start to pull negative feelings out of the Anger. You may feel sad that he’s leaving you, and sad that despite everything that you’ve been through, you still feel this way.

STAGE THREE: depressed

During this depression stage, you may feel that it’s better he’s left now then later on, and that you should just work harder.

STAGE FOUR: Disoriented/lost

Once the shock of the entire breakup has wear off, you will find yourself in a normal depressed mood. You may even find it impossible to get out of bed and go out.

STAGE FIVE: Stuck In the Feeling But Not Time

This is the final stage, and can be very difficult to get out of. During this stage, you can’t get out of bed, or even turn on the television. Staying at home all day feels like homework instead of just being in the house.

If you think you may be going through this stage, don’t be afraid to talk to your friends. If they can’t get you out of this stage, then they may have something that you need to consider. Going through the stages of a breakup takes time and requires effort on your part to move on.

Just think about what you have to consider. It may seem like your life is out of control, but the more you think about it, the clearer you will see it’s really not. The next time you need to move on, force yourself to do it rather than drag it along.

I hope these five stages of a breakup will show you that sometimes, it’s not your fault. A breakup isn’t the end of the world, and really, it isn’t meant to be. Every relationship has its moments of ups and downs, and maybe yours isn’t one of them. Every breakup shares the same ingredients, so better luck next time, or face it head-on, the next time.
